Setiap minggu grup kumpulan saya ada mesyuarat mingguan untuk perunding2 sepenuh masa.  Pagi ni saya nak berkongsi tentang tip bagaimana memastikan pelaburan unit amanah kita memberi keuntungan yang kita kehendaki dan yg kita idamkan.

Tip 1 : Have a Plan
    # Financial Goal
    # Time  horizon and risk tolerance
    # Long term investment will have sufficient time to make up for any shor term losses
    # Focus on the big pitures
    # Less tempted to try timing the market

Tip 2 : Diversify Investments
    # Equity
    # Money Market
    # Bond
    # Balance Fund
    # Mixed Asset

Tip 3 : Learn From Past Market Cycles
    # More resilient than we think
    # Several market downturn....is normal , 1998, 2008, 2011
    # Market re-bounce after downturn, and recover higher than the last highest point

Tip 4 : Invest in good and bad times
    # Do Ringgit Cost Averaging (RCA)
    # During bad time is consider offer sales time
    # Be Fearful When Others Are Greedy. One of Buffett's most famous phrases is, 
            “Be fearful when others are greedy, and greedy when others are fearful.” ...

Tips 5  : Refrain from checking your portfolio too often
     # Do portfolio re-balancing every 6 month
     # Different portfolio for different age and market

 Tips 6 : Work with consultant
     # Get consultation from expert
     # Meet at least every 6 month
     # Dont get emotional by other or negative news
