2.  Photograph - Passport size 4 copies
3.  Photocopy agent's Public Bank Account book/statement
4.  Photostate highest certificate - or SPM( 3 credit in any subjects ) 
5.  Exam fee RM 250
6.  Must attend Best Practice in Marketing Unit Trust and Understanding Unit Trust Basic class (UUTB)
7.  Must sit and pass FIMM Cute Examination.
